Refund Policy

At FitShape, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

To start a return, contact us at support@fitshape.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
• Shapewear, bodysuits, and undergarments that have been worn or tried on.
• Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@fitshape.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at support@fitshape.co and we’ll assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

FitShape reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
